Dinah is a young professional patisserie chef with 3 michelin star’s experience, she has worked with the likes of Michel Roux and Gary Rhodes, and has now created an exciting and premier new business. In 2014 Dinah also completed her Masters in ‘Confectionary Arts and Cake Decorating’.
